The staff is so friendly

I like the sea view with the coconut trees shadow and easy watch our children infront of the chalet while they are playing in the beach. They also provided the shower and wash point which avoid much sand bring into the room. They have offered few coconuts as well. They had provided the chairs infront of the chalet and it was more comfort to sit and enjoy the beach view.

If they can provide soap and shampoo, will be great. I appreciate if they can do something to avoid fully the sand enter into the room after back from the beach. They already provides the wash point but still not able to avoid the sands into the room.

Location on the beach, just next to Tiongman Scuba Divers and a few restaurants.

Wifi was not reliable during my stay.

Unglaubliche Lage direkt am Strand. Juara Beach ist der schönste Strand der Insel, ruhiger als die Westliche Seite. Trotzdem gute Möglichkeiten zu Essen direkt nebenan. Besonders De Sanosa ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen, sehr gutes Frühstück, haben dort jeden Tag gegessen. Wir haben mehrmals frische Kokosnüsse direkt vom Baum bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, aber natürlich sehr einfach gehalten, was aber auf jeden Fall seinen Charme hat. Die Klimaanlage war top. Gibt sogar einen Kühlschrank. Außerdem hat die kleine Veranda mit Sitzmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür und sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren Ende Februar die einzigen Gäste in der Unterkunft. Insgesamt waren wirklich wenige Gäste auf der Seite der Insel, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

Ein paar wenige Abstriche muss man in Kauf nehmen, die uns allerdings nicht gestört haben. Das Bad ist nach dem duschen für einige Zeit unter Wasser. Das Wasser vom Waschbecken läuft einfach auf den Boden. Unangenehm sind auf jeden Fall die Sandfly. Eine kleine Info noch: während Ramadan sind einige Restaurants ganztägig geschlossen und die restlichen oft nur morgens/mittags und abends wieder geöffnet, was aber nicht schlimm war. Auch minimärkte in der Nähe haben nicht regelmäßig und von Tag zu Tag unterschiedlich offen.

You can't get any closer to the beach. It's beautiful with a magnificent back drop of the rainforest/ island behind you. The rooms very simple but suffice. The staff were lovely and will give you free coconuts to drink once they've fallen.
