Perfect location, lots of character, staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and we were lucky enough to benefit from a room upgrade which made our stay even more delightful.

Location was excellent. Staff were attentive. Room was comfortable with a couple of exceptions. Breakfast was excellent. Housekeeping was excellent.

Booked a room with a sea view but it was a view of a brick wall of adjacent property Had to look sideways for sea view. Wurlitzer half moon settee smelled of stale tobacco.
