施設全体がとても清潔で、従業員の皆さまも非常に親切でした。濡れたスキーやブーツを置いておけるロッカー室があり便利でした。また、ゴンドラ乗り場が近いことも魅力的です。

バーの食事メニューがもう少し多いともっと良かったです。

The staff were incredibly kind – I would give them a score of 100 out of 10. Because of my hearing impairment and limited communication, they helped me tremendously. I am truly grateful, as they were the reason my stay was such a positive experience. Lea, thank you especially; unfortunately, I wasn’t able to read the name badges of the other staff members. Dear hotel manager, please reward them – they truly deserve it! Everything else was great as well.

Zimmer hätte etwas wärmer sein können (für die Nacht aber okay), Heizkörper nicht bzw. Nur sehr gering individuell einstellbar
