Freundliches Personal, Rundgang durch den Allgemeinbereich nach dem Check In, Frühstück Korb mit grosser Auswahl wurde direkt vor das Zimmer gebracht. Absolut ruhige Lage, großer Fahrrad Einstellraum mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes.

Der Self Service Restaurant mit Tiefkühl Pizza hat mich nicht angesprochen. Ein Pre- Check In mit Online Meldeschein wäre ein Gewinn.

"Neues Konzept mit Charme und Wohlfühlbereichen"

Lage, Zimmer (45qm), Wellnessbereich, Aussenpool. "Bibar" (Selbstverpflegungbereich), Parkplätze, Personal, Massagen, Frühstückskorb, Bachrauschen nachts ... alles richtig toll!!!!

Einzig (in unserem spez. Fall) der Aufpreis von 34€/Tag für den Hund, der bei der Buchung nicht offen genannt war. (Haustiere auf Anfrage erlaubt) Pro Tag ohne "Deckelung" bei längerem Aufenthalt echt "drüber". Eine Pauschale für den zusätzlichen Aufwand bei der Endreinigung (50€?) wäre angemessen. Das Frühstückskörbchen kommt leider erst um ca. 8 Uhr, je nach Tagesplanung (ganztägige Wanderungen) wäre 7 Uhr praktischer.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise wurden wir hervorragend betreut! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt! Ein wunderschöner Ort um sich zu entspannen!! Die Apartments sind perfekt eingerichtet. Die Wellness-Anlage ist sauber und modern und bietet alles was man braucht. Wir kommen zu 100%wieder !!!

Es war alles TOP! Bravo an die Hotelführung!

"Wir werden wiederkommen"

Es ist eine super gepflegte Unterkunft, die total ruhig gelegen ist. Man hört keine Autos oder Ähnliches. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Frühstückskorb ist abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr gepflegt und schön.
