Lokalita a moc krásné okolí. Snídaně a obsluhující usměvavý personál.

Ubytování bez kontaktu s majitele. Voucher na bar, který byl večer zavřený. Vybavení pokojů, které už něco pamatuje. Hodně měkké postele.

Skvělé ubytování, kde jsme strávili výbornou dovolenou. Skvělá pozice, úžasné dětské hřiště, prostorný apartmán a vše důkladně čisté. Co bych vyzvyhl je personál, neskutečně příjemná byla tmavovlasá paní během snídaní, vycházela nám velmi vstříc a udržovala všude čisto a také dobrou náladu. Dále paní na úklid, která byla velmi přátelská. Velmi bohaté snídaně s velkým výběrem. Děkujeme

Very helpfull and friendly staff, spotless rooms, very tasty food in the restaurant, wide range of products for breakfast. Easy check in/out. Parking available. Joker card included. Location close to all lifts even by walk it is 15-20min max.

The only piece of equipment we missed in the room was a little fridge.

DANGEROUS!!! BECAREFUL !!!! We have been ROBBED in the hotel (a very precious and valuable golden ring unfortunately) and we had to report it to the POLICE. No safe box. No fridge No iron No telephone in the room No kittle No trash bin in the toilet No sink in the toilet No A/C and it was hot if you don’t open the door to the balcony and it gets very noisy if you open the door to the balcony because it is near the street with construction workers on front of the hotel (new building) There was a used baby diaper under our bed. No reception, you have to go to another nearby hotel (same owners) called HOTEL BRBRAHOF if you want to ask any tiny question.( as there is telephone in the room) One main Light was not working when we arrived. The douche was broken and keeps falling on your head. Wifi was not working at all - they were hesitant to even check what is the problem and the IT guy didn’t come - we were using our data for 2 days. The check-in was automatic and the machine was not working and not producing keys for the room and no reception was available. The instructions were in German only, No English version in the check-in manual. All in all it is not even a ONE star hotel. I have been to tens of hotels all around the world and this one was the most terrible hotel ever.
