Wirklich tolles Apartment.

Wellnessbereich zu klein für die Hotelgröße, Restaurant sehr voll wenn Hotel voll belegt.

Todo el personal era muy amable, en especial Agnes. Nos hicimos un masaje con Valentina y ha sido una auténtica pasada.

El spa nos pareció un poco pequeño. Nunca habíamos estado en los Alpes y por lo visto es normal que los pasillos que conectan a las diferentes casas vayan por el sótano pero es algo raro

- Für die Anzahl an Hotelgästen ist der Ruheraum im Saunabereich viel zu klein. Wir haben bei einem Aufenthalt von drei Nächten kein einziges Mal eine Liegemöglichkeit gehabt. - Pool relativ kalt. Bevölkert von Kindern. - Bett war ziemlich durchgelegen - Parkplätze 8€/Tiefgarage 16€

The staff, the friendliness, the cleanliness, the pool facilities. We arrived late on the first evening (near 23h) , but were anyway greeted nicely, and we were still given a few items for a cold platter dinner. That was very much appreciated. The pool is an amazing experience, with water of around 33 degrees celsius. Very relaxing. The food on the buffet is sufficiently diversified both for breakfast and for dinner. Ate too good too much. :-) We also received a dedicated table for the entire stay, and were mostly served by the same friendly staff. That was a nice experience.

The parking costs which aren't included in your stay to such resort is very odd. On top of paying for that parking, I arrived one time around 7pm after a day trip and there was just NO space available outside. More than a 100 spaces, but all occuppied. The excellent host on the front desk allowed me then to park inside (where a few spots were available) without any additional cost for once (as that normally costs 16 EUR/day instead of 8 EUR/day), but I feel this is really still a big issue here. I find it quite exceptionally annoying to deal with AND extra costs AND limited availability - i know this the consequence of limited offer vs demand but maybe search for expanding the parking area? The second thing i found a bit annoying is the TV - luckily it is ofcourse only a minor part of the holiday. It had only live channels, which is a bit old-fashioned. I brought my own streaming device, because I know this is usually a sore point on many hotels. But even with my streaming device, i had to be creative, as there were no extra power outlets available near the TV. After a kind request to the reception desk, we did receive a power splitter, so I could proceed anyway. Would all be unnecessary if the TV's could play Netflix, YouTube and the like.
