Localização atendeu devido ao meu interesse na região.

Ao chegar no apartamento tinha um cheiro desagradável, mantive as janelas abertas para circular o ar e arejar o ambiente. O lençol estava com cheiro de urina também.

Tamanho do quarto, estrutura e localização.

O quarto era bem frio e havia um rodapé solto.

Location, pool on roof with great views

We were treated as second rate customers because the hotel didn’t own our room. On check in the room wasn’t ready until 14.30 (supposed to be 14.00). We had arrived at the hotel at 08.30 from an overnight flight, left our bags!Explanation from reception was because room not the hotels and tried to say it was 15.00 hours! Safe didn’t work hotel wouldn’t fix it until authorised by owner, who we had to contact via booking.com. Our external door wouldn’t lock, hotel fixed without authority from owner. Only half of wardrobe available other half padlocked. Requested an iron from hotel but told this would have to also authorised by owner, lost the will at this stage and went out with a creased shirt. There was 2 single beds together with a sheet across them, which was inadequate and couldn’t be tucked in exposing the mattress etc. The duvet over the top sheet was very old and worn. I’m assuming the superior bed linen and iron was locked in the wardrobe.
