friendly staff. room is spacious. walking distance to hawker center and several restaurants.
horrible soundproof! the hawker center playing EDM/ Disco music till almost 11pm while the restaurants nearby were playing some sort of chinese/ cantonese songs until almost midnight and we can hear the doorbell clear & loud! then at around 5 or 6am, we also can hear clearly noises from the vehicles and people talking. We can even hear showering & toilet flushing sound from nearby rooms. No build in toilet.

The staff is very nice and friendly, the location is very nearby the Chinese food court and have some old style grocery store.
The air conditioner in the room is a bit old. The bed and pillow are a bit hard.

Fantastic location! Lots of amazing restaurants close by! We especially loved the Vegetarian restaurant a few minutes walk away. The guesthouse was super clean and comfortable. Check inn was very easy :)
