Quiet, small hotel, good breakfast, nice people, good location

It's an older small hotel. So be prepared for steps and a smaller bathroom.

Breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The host is very kind person.

This hotel is like an impersonification of the times when the world was still in good health. Lovely Landlady, comfortable and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, free parking on the premises.

Some noise from the street, but don't know how this can be fixed

Charming house, full bathroom, a wonderful, old-fashioned breakfast served neatly. Good bus and tram connections to the center and to the train station, the proprietor was patient with my faulty German as well as an attentive hostess overall.

Pillows were lousy and our mattress was just barely comfortable. The weather was, thankfully, mild in early August - not sure about air conditioning if any. Surprisingly noisy street early in the morning.

I would describe this place as a bed & breakfast Rather than hotel. The hosts were very friendly but we suffered with translation.

It was close to a busy road with roadworks which caused a disturbance to sound of traffic going over temporary road surfaces. The baths with showers over were the wrong style and screens inadequate. Ask if they have a downstairs room if you have heavy bags or trouble getting upstairs as there is no lift.

The fact that there wasn't a supermarket nearby. Luckily there was a gas station nearby where you could get water and snacks

A lovely place to stay, the lady running the hotel is very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom. There could be some street noise but the windows when closed block it completely. Generous breakfast; I particularly enjoyed apricot jam (which I believe was home-made). The location was perfect for my needs: it's a 5 minute taxi drive from the airport, about 20 minute walk to the Old Town via the tunnel and about 25 minute walk to the Castle along a lovely green path, which I really enjoyed taking every morning.

Their latest check-in is relatively early (6 pm), so if you know you'll be arriving later, make sure you arrange it in advance with the hotel. I don't speak German, so communicating was a bit difficult for me.
