Beach was nice get viewfrom balcony

Need more access to the beach only one access and it goes right by other guest back door you have v e to travel guite aways for any restaurants or grocery stores nothing close

We've stayed at this property several times. We've stayed in the single rooms, and the villa. Most recently we stayed in the villa. Karina was very accommodating and helpful. She was also very response. Before you arrive, you'll get a text snd email with lots of information. When you arrive, you look for the name of your room, and enter the code previously provided. Every morning housekeeping will stop by to offer services. Sometimes we take them up, other times we don't. All rooms have some sort of a balcony. The villa has a massive balcony. We've joked before that the balconies could be another room for someone else to sleep on with a cot! There is a common area with a fire pit. Sometimes there is wood, sometimes rhe wood isn't great. But firewood is available for purchase along the streets in town. There's a great raised handy area with palapas and chairs, and stairs leading down to the actual beach. Since this place is located in a private, residential area, the number of people on the beach is much less than in town or at the resort beaches. We love that! We also love that this feels like home. It doesn't feel like a highway end resort. If a high end resort is your thing, you might be sad staying here. But we LOVE that it has character and charm and feels like home. To speak to the claims of bugs --- each time we've stayed here we haven't seen any. Just a few flying creatures near the lights at night. Also, to the claims it is unsafe --absolutely not true. And to rhe claims that Karina is not helpful-- again, absolutely not true. Text her and she'll text back almost immediately, with any answers you've asked for.

Sometimes you have neighbors who are grumps. Brush it off....the space and location is awesome :) Always wish we could spend more time there. I always dislike that I don't get to stay longer.
