The location is hard to beat! Right on the beach, quiet and secluded! The room had everything I needed!

I travels by motorcycle and the 3.5 miles of dirt/sand roads are really not motorcycle friendly! But they are doable.

Nothing no to everything 2beds no room service no restertants no. This is not a resort no pool

No way at 150 per nite is a ripoff

Absolutely most beautiful location! We saw dolphins from our patio and the beach was almost deserted. Pelicans and seagulls every day...breathtaking. The property was beautifully decorated with lush flora. Room was quaint and comfortable, decorated modernly. Not one cockroach and clean, fresh linens on a comfortable bed and always had hot water...which is hard to find anywhere in Rocky Point. We did yoga on the courtyard overlooking the beach and then had massages later in the day. Wine and a fire in the firepit after sunset at night. Such a hidden gem. Can't wait to come back and rent the Villa. Only suggestions qould be to mop the floors, they felt really sandy upon check-in and after maid service, like they were only swept and the septic tank started to smell pretty bad after our second day so I think it just needed to be treated after a busy weekend. It was fixed the following day. Thank you Karina and Lourdes for an exceedingly great vacation in Mexico.

Floors could have been cleaned better. Sewage smell after 2 days.

We stayed in the "The Villa". Very big room, and a private balcony. Great view of the ocean!

Huge crack in the wall made us a bit nervous. Bathroom door opened easily.

The ease of access to the beach. Beautiful location, and secluded area to enjoy privately. Area was not congested with people, noise or vehicles.

The door had a code, but due to it not being centered, it took a bit to learn how to actually get your room locked. If the door was not locked at all times, it could blow open with the wind.
