Hotel Lisl - Alpine Comfort

Very new and modern hotel, nicely renovated. The staff was very friendly and loved the 4 different saunas. Breakfast was ok. The location is perfect, right in front of the ski lift and in the middle of the town.

Check in is quite strict, not possible before 3 even if the room is free (only if you pay). Breakfast could've had some more selection like salmon or avocado.

Upon on arrival the receptionist was leaving.. check in was not until 2 we arrived early at 11 thankfully b/c there would not have been anyone there to check us in. The staff was friendly though. They charge 85$/night for additional persons which seems steep to me. We did not use the breakfast service nor would we have spent $170 on breakfast. There is no pool at this location… I think guests should have access to the sister properties amenities, similar to other places we’ve stayed in other countries. Good location ski in/out right from your hotel.

Very clean and modern spacious room. Excellent wellness with good external views. Very friendly and competent reception.

Poor first impressions as hotel reception was not manned and had to walk to sister hotel to check in. Then had to enter hotel through night entrance up steps that had had not been cleared of snow. A short text message would have prepared us for this. We had otherwise received a lot of pre check- in information!!!

Gorgeous room, with the nicest bathroom I've seen in years. The shower was like a deluge of hot water, just tons of pressure and so refreshing. Two separate bedrooms which was nice. Breakfast was good.

Nothing, other than the price.

We like the idea of renew the old hotel and that is currently - also during our stay there - in the procedure of renewal, the combination of modern design and mountain wooden style but is definitely not worth of money for the accommodation that is not yet even fully ready to welcome guest!

The hotel is not finished yet, the terrace still under construction, the room is modern design but finished fast, without precision - the door handle is not fixed etc, the personal is not at the reception for the time of scheduled check-in… The hotel at this stage should not be opened and nor for the price! Disappointed.
