Proximidade da estação rodoviária interestadual e proximidade ao terminal urbano de ônibus.

O quarto é pequeno, o banheiro é pequeno, as toalhas de banho estão bem desgastadas (não são felpudas). O Hotel não possui isolação acústica e os hóspedes fazem muito barulho, como arrastar os móveis. Os hóspedes ao abrir e fechar as portas fazem muito barulho em razão de um chaveiro metálico que identifica número do quarto.
