O atendimento na recepção é gentil.

Péssimas toalhas de banho, fraquíssimas quase transparentes, e pequenas , tem que pedir e entregam 1 sabonete super pequenino ao casal. Cafe da manha tem uma funcionaria grossa que sai retirando as louças usadas das mesas jogando dentro de uma bacia de plastico, fazendo muito barulho e da para ouvir o barulho também fazendo o mesmo na cozinha. Mesmo tendo reclamado na recepção, no dia seguinte a mesma coisa.
