Stayed for a second year here in the annexe, slightly basic rooms but spotlessly clean. Nothing is too much trouble fir them, massive range of delicious food at meal times, really enjoyed it

Amazing Family hotel, very clean Comfortable and amazing food. The Staff are excellent very attentive and friendly.

הארוחת בוקר היתה נחמדה , נחמד שמכינים לך חביתה לפי בקשתך . היה מלצר מבוגר נחמד מאוד וחייכני . מיקום במרחק הליכה של 5-10 דקות מהמרכז וממקומות מרכזיים , כמו ישר בעיירה אוטובוס לכל מקום שצריך ומאוד. על לעלות עליו נוסע כל רבע שעה בערך . לא צריך לקנות כרטיס למי שיש סקי פס .

הסאונה לא מאפשרת כניסה בלבוש, מחייבים להתפשט לגמרי , אם היינו יודעים על כך לא היינו סוגרים מקום שכולל סאונה במחיר יקר כזה.. החדרים שמוצגים בתמונות שונים לגמרי ממה שמקבלים בפועל. בתמונות מופיעים חדרים עם אזור ישיבה ומקלחת ארוכה או אמבטיה וקיבלנו חדר קטן ללא אזור ישיבה ומקלחת דוש קטנה וצרה . בחדרים אין שירות מינימלי כמו: קומקום, מי שתייה, פינת קפה. אין אור במרפסות, אין נגישות נוחה לחדרים, עלייה במדרגות נוספות אחרי שעליתם במעלית לקומה. הצוות של המלון מאוד לא נחמד. החליפו לנו מגבות פעם אחת אחרי שזרקנו אותם כבר מחוץ לחדר במשך 4 ימים ששהינו , במצעים לא נגעו. אין מזגן בחדרים ולכן דיי קר גם . ביקשנו להחליף חדר והבטיחו לנו שיתפנה חדר ביום שבת , בשבת אמרו שבסוף החדר נתפס ויהיה ביום ראשון , ביום ראשון גם לא היה חדר בסוף . בעקבות פציעה בטיול הסקי נאלצנו לקצר את הטיול ביום אחד , בעלת המקום אמרה לנו לדבר עם בוקינג והם יאשרו החזר כספי של יום , לאחר שדיברנו עם בוקינג הם עדכנו שהמלון לא אישר זאת ובסוף כן חייב אותנו על אותו הלילה שלא היינו . כן בעלת המלון ביקשה שיקחו אותנו ברכב לרכבת הקרובה שהיא 2 דקות נסיעה מהלום אז זה היה קצת מתחשב מצידה .

My family and I had the most magical stay over Christmas! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious! I would highly recommend! The food was incredible with a mix of traditional local foods, buffets and table service. Every night was at least 3 courses. Breakfast was brilliant too, with the chef cooking fresh eggs everyday. They happily catered for my mother who is a celiac. Our waiter Richie was very attentive and friendly, thank you! I apologise that I can’t remember the name of the lovely female waitresses who were covering breakfasts, they were also so happy and friendly! We travelled with my 7 month old daughter, the hotel provided a cot, high chair and baby bath! The owners of the hotel even got our daughter a lovely little knitted rabbit for Christmas! The staff were so lovely to our daughter, stealing cuddles and making her laugh! They were happy to sterilise our bottle in the kitchen microwave. (We only have one bottle as a back up incase we got caught out skiing, if your baby is bottle fed I’d recommend bringing a steriliser). We stayed in the hotels sister hotel opposite the main hotel, but had all our meals in the main hotel. The accommodation was good, large Austrian twin, hot showers, area for skis downstairs, lovely terrace looking out onto the old courtyard area and church! We were given fresh towels everyday. For a fee of €25 we were allowed to use the main hotels spa area which was lovely. The hotel is in an excellent location, you can easily walk into the village for bars/shops, there is a ski bus located just outside the hotel. On Christmas Eve the hotel hosted a special Christmas meal which began with mulled wine, speeches and readings outside the hotel. The hotel itself was decorated with lovely Christmas trees and lights! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you everyone!!!!
