Wunderschönes Familienhotel mit herzlich-professionellem Personal. Die Küche ist fantastisch – sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Der Wellnessbereich ist angenehm und bietet eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Saunen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel, mit Balkon und wunderschöner Aussicht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut angemessen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens allen empfehlen, die Erholung in schöner Umgebung suchen.

Das Wasser im Pool könnte etwas wärmer sein.

Lovely traditional style hotel but not tired or shabby. Room was generous sized - we were lucky enough to have a corner room with a wrap around balcony and separate lounge. Ample wardrobe space. Room had a safe and a fridge. Big dining room and generous salad bar and breakfast buffet - lots of variety. Food was mostly pretty good. Lovely swimming pool and amazing wellness centre which hardly seemed to be used - wished we had more time. The Filzmoos summer card that the hotel gave us gave us a free bus travel & a gondola ride and there was a lovely walk and amazing views at the top. Staff were really friendly- I love family run local hotels like this.

Room didn’t have a kettle or tea/coffee making facilities - I had messaged to ask and had been told they would provide a kettle - I had to chase for it but they did provide it on the second day. Shower room was very small & I didn’t like that it was a glass door right next to the bed… felt a bit self-conscious going to the loo!!! Presumably because it was hardly being used, a lot of the saunas weren’t on & the plunge pool wasn’t filled up… not sure if that could have been done had we asked but we didn’t have much time to use the facilities. They made an effort with their ‘gala dinner’ evening, and the local band on Thursday night was fun!

Alles war super.Freundliches Personal . Chefs sind sehr zuvorkommend und haben einen wunderbaren Umgang miteinander. Essen und Trinken sind sehr gut. 5Sterne von uns.
