The property is not situated in the main road.

Great hotel price/value! The room was very clean upon arrival! The room and bathroom are very spacious and perfect! Especially for this price and being on an island it's great. The very big upside for us was that the sink was in the bedroom with a very big countertop. And the bathroom has the shower and the toilet, which is very spacious. However when showering the whole bathroom gets wet, but it's a normal thing in the Philippines. This is why it's so amazing to have the sink in the other room. We did have an issue with the water temperature being a bit cold or super hot. But since it's always so hot outside, the cold water was more than ok. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help! You can book (island) tours and motorbike rental via them and I highly recommend it. We booked our island tour and motorbike via them and everything was perfect! The location is also great. It's a very short 5 minutes walk to the busy walking street with all the bars and restaurants. You can also order some small and easy cold or hot breakfast and it's perfect to start your day before going on an island tour or exploring. I read the comments about the 'creepy alleyway to the room' and yes the room is in a side alleyway, but it's really not big of a deal. When I was walking there alone (male) one of the locals even offered me to join the outside karaoke :) Side note: yes there is AC and wi-fi in the room and you get bathroom towels.

A lot of ants everywhere, didnt feel clean

Location is super central to everything. Staff were helpful. Room was basic, having a kettle/coffee making facilities would have been appreciated

No other facilities other than the room, construction being done on the ground floor so maybe this will be improved?

STAFF WAS GREAT BED NOT SO GREAT .IF YOUR LOOKING FOR SOMETHING CHEAP AND PASSABLE THIS IS A GOOD SPOT
