La gentillesse du personnel.

Ils étaient en rénovation. Il y avait dd la poussière de contre plaqué partout et des tas de contre plaqué dans le couloir à notre porte. Aucune insonorisation. Un train de marchandises très bruyant passe à quelques pieds de la chambre. Chambre trop petite. Pas d'air climatisée.

We loved the eclectic unit and personalized friendly service. We loved our balcony. We loved ocean access. Food and restaurants are close by. The staff function like a wonderful family. We are definitely going to rebook.

Nothing to report. They are renovating after the winter. This did not interfere, in fact it provided interest.

The only good part about this was the partial view of the ocean.

False advertising of room pictures, pictures didn’t look anything like the small room i was given. It was a 10x10 room if that, toilet was basically on the floor. House keys as a room key and an outside door key. If you were doing stuff separate from the rest then either you’re locked in that tiny room or locked out untill they get back. Bed was rock hard, pillows were flat. We don’t stay, we left shortly after check in. The lady at the desk was nice, she had dark black hair she was short, i didn’t catch her name, she stated she would reach out to the owner about a refund because it wasn’t what we expected. Needless to say after emails, phone calls and asking booking.com for help, i got nothing back for this place. She avoids answering anything at all costs. Highly disappointed. If you decide to stay make sure you are getting the room you paid for not some rundown place in what looks like used to be some sort of housing.

Great location!

The room was very cramped but if you don’t plan on spending all your time in the room it’s not bad.
