Mooi hotel, bij binnenkomst krijg je meteen een heel warm welkom. Kleinschalig en alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd! Je ziet,voelt en merkt dat over alles heel goed is nagedacht om het naar de gasten toe prima naar hun zin te maken. Zelden zo’n goed hotel gehad. We komen zeker terug omdat echt alles klopt hier. Complimenten 👌🏻

Очень уютный и красивый отель, все продумано до мелочей, хочется наслаждаться деталями. Персонал очень приветливый и делает все для вашего отдыха на все сто процентов. Чудесный бассейн, сауна, и зона отдыха с великопным видом. А какие тут завтраки, точно хочется вернуться еще не раз! Мы провели незабываемое время!!

Такого просто нет.

Perfect stay

The hotel is located in a breathtaking spot on a hillside surrounded by nature. It’s a newly built and very stylish property — in fact, I’d say it’s one of the most beautifully designed hotels in the area. I was given a room on the top floor, which felt spacious and airy with high ceilings. The bathroom and toilet were separate, which is quite rare in hotels and a big plus. The room also had a large TV that doubles as digital artwork when turned off — a really nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and the possibility to order eggs prepared to your liking.

Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the staff. When I arrived, the person at reception spoke barely any English and seemed very inexperienced — perhaps even on their first day. The check-in process was slow and disorganized, with the receptionist constantly flipping through handwritten notes. I wasn’t given any real information about the hotel and had to find everything myself by scanning a QR code on the key card and exploring their web app.

Excellent hotel and facilities, food and staff

We had a terrible stay in a place in Zell am see, which we cancelled after 1 night and found Goldstuck. What a breath of fresh air it was coming here, an absolute gem of a hotel. Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing hospitality, the only real shame is we only had the one night here! We would love to visit again!

Nothing, everything was perfect.
