Freundlicher und bemühter Hotelchef.

Das Zimmer roch leider (trotz Rauchverbot-Schild) total verraucht. Leider war ein Wechsel des Zimmers nicht möglich. Stattdessen kam der Hotelbetreiber mit einem Raumspray, der den Gestank etwas neutralisierte. Ich musste jedoch die gesamte Nacht das Fenster geöffnet lassen, um den Geruch auszuhalten. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich, das Angebot beim Buffet überschaubar. Die Karte am Tisch mit der Info, dass man Spiegelei, Rührei, etc extra bestellen kann, war nur auf Deutsch. Ein Schild dazu beim Buffet in mehreren Sprachen wäre vielleicht übersichtlicher gewesen.
