The reception staff and restaurant team were truly outstanding and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The reception staff were amazing, welcoming, and very helpful, and the restaurant team were always friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, and the room views are beautiful.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very poor.The room and linen were not properly cleaned .

it was an iconic building and the room with full lake view was stunning!

It was a little bit old and breakfast was different than the other hotels that we have seen before.

Extremely friendly. Especially Gregor. He is a great employee for the hotel.

One night there was no parking available at the hotel and I had to stay at the general parking lot and thought that the hotel should have paid for that.

הנוף מדהים, הצוות כולו נהדר ובמיוחד נציין את גריגורי, אשר כיוון , המליץ , הציע והכל בסבר פנים יפות. היה כייף לחזור מהטיולים היומיים למלון המפנק עם האווירה המרגיעה והנעימה. מלון אלגנטי, משרה רוגע.. יחס אישי מכל הצוות.
