Atendimento muito bom, bom café da manha boas instações em comum.

Acho que os quartos poderiam ser menos simples.

Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas gostamos bastante.

O funcionário que nos atendeu no check-in foi bem simpático nos informou sobre o horário em que a garagem seria trancada - 21h30, chegamos às 21h15 o rapaz havia trancado a garagem e ido embora, nosso carro ficou na rua!

As there were no more rooms available in CdB I had to to pay double for the last one I could find and supposed it would be reasonable to expect that the hotel would give the best room they have for this outrageous price. When I arrived in the afternoon they put me in a dark old room with a hard antique bed, a view to a wall at 2 m. distance, no socket next to the bed, a noisy antique airco and a very tiny bathroom. After a long discussion that afternoon and the next morning finally they gave me a room with a view to a wall at 4 m. distance so at least with some effort I could see the sky, a socket next to the bed, a fan, a new floor, a tv but you will strain your neck if you want to watch it from the twin bed, an old fridge which was beyond cleaning and the same size but renovated bathroom without a door to close the shower so the floor got wet and they had forgotten to put a rack on the wall to hang the towel to dry. Breakfast is until 9.30 h. and not till 10 h. like usual, especially on the coast where most people want to relax. Their breakfast is VERY poor compared to all the other hotels (mainly on the coast) I stayed in for (less than) half the price and much better rooms, also much better than the 2nd. room I got after the discussions. Often there is nobody at the reception, when I left a note I wanted to speak to the manager there came no response. These are all facts which can easily be checked. Very unprofessional showing a huge ignorance (or desinterest) in their guests(!) needs. The photo's on Booking look much better than the real thing. I’m sorry to say Pousada Itaúnas ripped me off of at least R$750 if not more, which can also be checked by Booking. If they had not ripped me off I would have given 2 stars maybe 3 at the most.
