O wifi disponível é bom

Banheiro apertado, não fazem troca de toalha diariamente, travesseiros são péssimos, presunto do café estava estragado. Ficamos 1 dia inteiro sem água no hotel e não foi oferecido nenhuma garrafa de água para escovar os dentes e nenhum desconto! Vir para um hotel e não conseguir tomar banho é realmente lastimável!

Gostei que pelo menos me trocaram de quarto, visto que o que reservei não tinha água no chuveiro. Reclamei e logo me realocaram de quarto.

Não gostei de saber que no dia que reservei o quarto eles sabiam que não tinha água nos quartos e mesmo assim deixaram as datas liberadas para reserva. Falaram que o bairro tem esse problema de falta de água e que tinha faltado um dia antes. Acho que se o Hotel libera os quartos e as datas é porque tem o mínimo de conforto para seus hóspedes. Mas como reclamei, logo me realocaram de quarto onde tinha água.

Ótimo custo benefício e funcionários muito prestativos.

O box do banheiro é muito muito muito pequeno e falta um simples pano/tapete para evitar que o quarto se molhe após o banho
