What a wonderful property! The rooms were comfortable, clean and charming. The pool area and furniture were great and the restaurant was delicious as well.

The facilities in the game room and children's area could use an update.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week. Excellent location!!! Very close to the beach entrance and easy access to the hotel by car. Hotel has a very good breakfast. During this “pandemic season”, the food is served on the table wrapped with magic pack. Housekeeping is good too, despite of the problems we have with the shower... it took 3 days to get a warm shower :-( Pool area is lovely. Definitely a good option for families with kids. Avoid this hotel if you don’t like to see the little ones running, screaming and jumping in the pool!

The hotel is fantastic! Beautiful, nice decor, super clean, super comfortable, excellent quality of linens, stunning landscape, delicious breakfast, beach service, friendly staff.. Perfect! It's in the middle of a tropical garden, very good restaurant, sauna, gym! I highly recommend this place!

I went to this very nice and cozy hotel in the cost of São Paulo to spend some days with my wife and kids. All staff was very friendly and helpful from the beginning of our stay, we got a villa-stile room with 2 bedrooms, a living room and even a kitchen to prepare small meals, all very comfortable. The surroundings of the hotel are amazing with beaches, Forrest, rivers and many nice and good restaurants, in addition to the hotel’s own restaurant and pool bar with many menu options. We really enjoyed our stay and we’re already planning another visit.

This hotel is exclusively recommended for people traveling with children. The "chalê" option is mostly chosen by families with small children (at least that was our experience). So whether you're in your room, in the restaurant, or at the pool, children are everywhere, and in spite of loving them, they can get really loud. Now, if you booked this place to rest, take naps in the afternoon, read or have conversations at breakfast be warned. The other thing that bothered me was that this overpriced hotel calls "luxo" a room that was really very basic and typical in this region. In fact, I would only give the bathroom of the said luxury suite a scant "fair" rating.
