Cherrys @ Home Too Inland Resort

Breakfast was good. Location was great. Staff are nice and helpful.

Near the main beach. Short walk. Courtyard and pool area were nice.

On a Main Street. No hot water a couple of days.

Great location, central to Alona, close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. The room was great and clean - with good aircon & possibly the most powerful shower we have had anywhere in the Philippines so far. The balcony was a bonus. The staff were really friendly & helpful, they helped us with renting a scooter for the day & got us a good price for a ride to the port when we left. The pool was lovely and a great bonus.

The central location was why we chose Cherry's, the only downside to this is that it's quite noisy through the night.

The Hotel itself is very good

The receptionist who assisted , need to Train and must know Hotel policy in general and customer service due to her different statement and charges for upgrade that it wasn’t a fact an upgrade but due to room key doesn’t work ( hotel maintenance issue ) plus that charges No OR / just written in a piece of paper!! ( 👎 ) and extension requested since day 1 alr advsed and agreed then later on didn’t want to extent per her “ due to PoSsible / walk-in Customer who is NOT yet a customer !!! ( the sign extension on desk display 200pHp per hr must get rid if that’s the case right??! this was the first time I had a bad experience w/ this kind type of receptionist .. Just wanna give heads up to those who want to book on this hotel , be careful dealing with/ this lady on help desk!!

Clean and comfortable room. The location was very appreciated, close to everything you wanted to have near. The staff was very kind and helpful. Good and simple breakfast which was freshly made. Cherrys made my stay memorable! If I ever come back, I’ll with no doubt book Cherrys again.
