The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Everyone were so friendly. It was a home away from home with lovely people. The Food was Fabulous, every night. Dont forget their King Prawns, you wont be disapponted. It was Enjoyable!!!

The little walk from the ski field to the hotel, felt a bit long at the end of the day. But really its nothing to complain about.

Loved our stay! Our room was lovely, cosy, clean, with comfortable beds and a great view! Food was amazing! Cannot fault the staff, excellent speedy service for drinks, food and anything you need. Music in the bar was great and lots of fun. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location with only short walk/part ride/ski to the Perisher Quad Express. Fantastic and proactive service throughout, with great food inclusions and convenient complimentary transfers from the skitube terminal via oversnow/skidoo.

Only minor issues overall apart from price, but par for course of on snow accom. Ensuite Bathroom for single room is on older side and was not separately ventilated, with provided advice of risk to setting off room fire alarm with steam. Easily addressed with slightly open bathroom window after shower, but just results in cold bathroom in the morning. Though great food options included for breakfast/dinner, times for meal service starting clashed with weekend first tracks and night skiing sessions, though not a big deal by any means.

Location was amazing and staff were terrific - couldn't fault them

No variation in food, same menu two nights in a row and only had 2 servings at dinner and had to pay for a 3rd ie dessert. if you wanted it, Food quality was nice but more like pub food than a hotel you are paying over $1200 a night for. Also bathroom was tiny and corridors were cold and floor was wet from a bad leak.
