AUWe loved our stay at lakeside. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, especially Anna. We were always warmly welcomed and our stay was exceptionally comfortable and hassle free. The ski/board storage rooms were wonderful. Every morning our boots etc were warm and dry. The daily sauna and hot tub were just what we needed after our day on the slopes.They have luggage storage and were more than happy for us to use facilities after our check out. Thanks for having us!

AUAUAUAULakeside was above expectations, the staff went out of their way to help in every way. The lodge is beautiful, ski in and out. The hot tub was a hit with the grandkids after a day on the slopes. The food was amazing we will definitely be back!

AUBreakfast was light, simple and hit the mark. It's a self serve buffet with coffee as a paid extra for a barista to make it. Cereal, toast, waffles, fruit, juice and tea.
Quite a late check-in. The spa facilities (sauna,steam,hot tub) need to be pre-booked and are not communal so the coveted after ski timeslots are often booked out. Otherwise very good

AUWe had a fantastic stay at Lakeside Falls Creek! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Bus Stop 6 on the village shuttle, making it easy to get around. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights after a full day of snowboarding was the spa and sauna—absolutely perfect for relaxing sore muscles. Families will love the games room and the board games available for the kids. There’s also a drying room right by the entrance, so we didn’t have to lug wet gear up and down the stairs—such a thoughtful touch! Overall, it's a lovely, welcoming hotel and we’d definitely love to come back again.
