room 17. There is a problem with the hot water in the shower. some time it doesn't work and some times it slowly loose the heat. Flow is good so it cant be because it is used too much elsewhere. The shower also leaks water, I think it is the hot

The property was great but didn’t know about the parking until the last minute and the young tattooed man that checked us in was so rude and not knowledgeable about any of the easy parking options, which was none.

Not much, just cheapest at the time of booking due to app/3rd party issues with previous arranged booking.

Excessive loud music from nearby night club and hoons doing skids on street around night club. Access to room not suitable for persons with mobility issues. Room could do with another bench for luggage and a chair for existing desk/ table.
