Latitude20 Roebourne Village

Room was a long way from the car park - the furtherest away. We were loaded up and there was no way we could unload all our gear for security reasons. Room was a tiny donga - holes in the wall, small fridge and kettle provided but 1 Mug only? Will never stay here again. Security gate to premises was broken.

Room was very small obviously to suit fifo workers etc but this was not evident either from the description or the photographic department depiction. Basically a glorified cell with air conditioning

There was nothing to like it had a filthy shower, muck sprayed up the wall next to the room fridge, muck sprayed up the wall next to the bed. The TV screen was broken, the Wi-Fi did not work in the room. The paint was literally peeling off the wall. For us this was an example of false advertising by booking.com - very, very disappointed. To be fair the communal facilities kitchen and laundry were ok.

The handling of the complaint we raised evidenced with photo's was just dismissed by Latititude20 and not even a partial refund was offered. Booking.com did offer a token refund but quoting the 'contract' being between us and Latitude20 - as I write this now they are still falsely advertising this property on their website. Latitude20 was not cheap to stay at so do not think it is because it was a cheap place to stay.
