Men’s washroom did not have any soap or handwash. There were no multiplugs in the room, so we couldn’t use any of the bed warmers due to the pack of power sockets/ports

Hotel lovely building

Your booking shows a bustling hotel with bistro and amenities. It is the opposite it’s accommodation only. The pub was bought and licence sold. The bistro is closed and only open for accommodation. The other publican in the town owns it and has basically closed competition. Your site is a complete disgrace for advertising it the way you have. The hot water wasn’t even turned on a first and we had to have a cold shower after riding all day. In the morning it was hot. There was no continental breakfast. Yea and coffee facilities with toast and jam. It was very disappointing and I will raise this issue. I believe it’s booking.com who are at fault.
