Pizza at pub was nice

Management didnt care there was no tv controller and bed is hard and lumpy It is a simple request and I am not satisfied We used this place only a few days ago and the tv had Netflix and beds were very comfortable Stayed on our way back and bed is lumpy and there is no Netflix and minimal channels.

I am writing to formally complain about our stay at The Coramba Hotel on the night of 29 November 2025, for which we paid $330. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and completely unsuitable—particularly as we were travelling with our 3-year-old child. The noise levels throughout the night were unacceptable. Our room window was positioned directly onto the corridor behind the kitchen area. I have photographs available as evidence of the room location. Even after 10:00 pm, hotel staff were gathered outside our window talking loudly, shouting, smoking, and swearing. The smell of cigarette smoke came directly through the window into the room, making it very uncomfortable and inappropriate—especially with a young child present. Later in the evening, a group of guests arrived at approximately 9:30 pm, which was not an issue. However, at around 3:00 am, the same group began singing loudly, and at approximately 5:00 am, loud music was played through a portable speaker, clearly audible inside our room. To make matters worse, at approximately 6:00 am, an alarm started sounding from the kitchen or another internal area of the building and continued for some time. Due to these continuous disturbances, we were unable to get any proper sleep. For the amount paid, this level of noise, lack of control, and exposure to smoke is completely unacceptable. Frankly, for $330, we could have slept in our car and had a better night’s rest.

Dusty fans and windows. There’s no aircon and poor airflow ventilation

Lovely hotel with great scenery. Nice shared kitchen and bathrooms were very good .If not hot and in need of Aircon beautiful place to stay

No Aircon. no aircon after a long hot day of travelling. Fan only

Great welcome and fantastic location. In DIRE need of air con in each room. 34 Deg inside !

Just suggest lack of aircon is an issue - pub is great and food was amazing
