Pebbly Beach Escape

Beautiful views and a lovely surrounding area. There is direct access to the beach, which is a big plus. The Wi-Fi was quite weak, but considering the remote location it was acceptable and we were still able to have Zoom calls without major issues. If the cleanliness had been better, it would definitely have been a 10/10 stay.

For the premium price, the level of cleanliness was disappointing. The countertops were sticky, the fridge was dirty, and there were visible cobwebs under the tables and chairs. Right after check-in we found dead bugs stuck to the bathroom wall, which were clearly noticeable and should have been removed during cleaning. At this price point, basic cleanliness, including removing cobwebs, should be standard. Similarly, the area around the cabins could be better maintained. We understand that with a lot of wildlife, kangaroo droppings are normal, however the quantity around the accommodation was excessive. The areas directly around the cabins and the main paths used by guests should be cleaned regularly. At this price point, a higher standard of maintenance is expected. Other downsides include the lack of power outlets next to the bed and the absence of a hair dryer, which is generally a standard amenity in most accommodations.
