Wahroonga Furnished Apartments

I like the privacy and security of the place. Also how spacious with all facilities needed for a longer stay.

The property was in a great easy accessible location, close to our family we were visiting. When entering the property you are welcomed by well maintained gardens. This place was also very clean and tidy from the lobby, lift and the room. The hosts were friendly and helpful. It’s also about a 1km walk to the closest corner store as well as good coffee shops.

Parking wasn’t the best if you couldn’t park underneath as the streets were busy and hilly. Being near a main road also brought in early morning traffic sound as people were making their way to work and school but didn’t bother us too much.

We needed to have accommodation close to Hornsby hospital and this was ideal - a 3- 5 minute car trip. On arrival we were met by the Deb the consierge and shown over the accommodation. Car parking rules and other housekeeping arrangements were fully explained. The apartment was very clean. very spacious and fully equipped in the kitchen for a long term stay. With a washing machine and dryer in the unit, we were able to ensure that "living out of a suitcase" wasn't as bad at it had been on previous visits to the hospital where we had stayed in other accommodation. It was also very pleasant to get a cheery good morning or good afternoon from the cleaning staff, the contract workers and other residents. There was a little maintenance work being done, but we were informed of this and told that we might here a bit of noise - which we did but it didn't last for very long. When comparing this accommodation to previous accommodation we had used, we found that not only was it a little cheaper, but we had space to be normal - not a cramped room in a motel. We would certainly recommend Wahroonga Furnished Apartments to anyone who needs to stay in that area.
