lokalizacja w centrum więc dość głośno, blisko atrakcji, w pokoju czysto, dobrze rozwiązana i bezpieczna komunikacja po budynku

pokój maciupeńki, głośno z ulicy, parking na ulicy (w sumie to nie parking tylko po prostu auto na ulicy) czyli dla każdego, stosunek oferty do ceny za podobne lub niższe pieniądze są na portalu lokalizacje ze śniadaniem, łóżko starawe (sprężyny w plecy wchodzą)
