Нам достался номер 403. Вид из номера прекрасный. Парковка сверху у входа в отель. Снизу въезд в подземную парковку. Обратите внимание на этот момент. Мы были в середине мая, поэтому места у входа были. В высокий сезон мест там не будет, заезжайте снизу. К морю ведет весьма комфортная лестница. Завтрак великолепный. Мы были проездом на одну ночь, спа не пользовались.

Наш номер располагался как раз над бассейном. Ночью меняли воду в бассейне - я не могла спать под сильный шум льющейся воды. Пришлось закрывать дверь на балкон.

Honestly, I don't understand why this hotel has a rating above 9 with many reviews. Rooms are OK, quite new and rather spacious, but nothing really special. Views are nice, but not extraordinary. Location is good for low season, but in summer heat it may be rather challenging with good amount of stairs to go to the sea and the restaurants on the promenade (while the dining options at the hotel itself are extremely limited).

Probably some of these are related to low season (beginning of May) and few guests at the hotel, but even if so - it felt like discriminating of a place that positions itself as 4 stars.. So, here we go: 1) Our rooms (we had two standard doubles) were missing a sofa/armchair, while they existed in pictures on booking. In fact, there's clearly a dedicated space in the room for those and probably even some traces of their presence on the carpet, but they were not there. Not a big deal, but the room felt 'incomplete', and an extra place to throw your belongings could be good. 2) Bathrobes were not in the room upon check-in (although they're mentioned in room's description), which is really weird for a "SPA" hotel. We asked at the reception to bring us 3, but they brought us only two. We decided not to ask again, but upon checkout they asked why we have only two bathrobes left in the room.. 3) SPA was completely useless during our stay. Water in the indoor pool was just "ok" for swimming, not for relaxing. Saunas were turned off (not broken, not being repaired - simply turned off during all 3 days). Jacuzzi was barely warm. What a disrespect to the guests (ok, not so numerous, but still probably being attracted by the advertised spa facilities)! 4) Breakfast was kind-of acceptable (seen worse), but still not up to 4* hotel standards. Just a couple of sausage and omelet for hot dishes, few cheese & meat cuts, some simple breads. Coffee in the machine is instant ("Nescafe" type), tastes terrible. No options at all for kids (like french fries, nuggests or spaghetti). 5) There was no buffet for lunch/dinner, while a-la-carte options are extremely limited with barely no main course dish below 20 Euro. What we ordered was rather tasty, but nevertheless.

Sve preporuke za ovaj hotel! Boravak je bio zaista odličan. Soba je bila moderna, čista i jako udobna. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i profesionalno. Spa centar je odličan i pruža pravi odmor i opuštanje. Nemam nikakvih zamjerki i sigurno ću se ponovo vratiti.
