Tv didn’t work We asked for more towel and they told us to wait the day after even if the hotel was empty . The “breakfast” was already included we just had a glass of water and oj and when we asked for 2 cappuccino they told us it’s not included so we pay it for it . Picture of advertising are not really the same of the reality of the room .

"We thought we were paying up a little to get a nicer hotel, but actually it was disappointing."

Polite staff, great location.

Disappointing breakfast compared to other (cheaper) hotels we stayed at in Bosnia. The listing said there was a restaurant, which is one reason why we booked the hotel. But the restaurant was closed as there was a wedding in the building.

Breakfast was very good. Rooms very clean and comfortable beds.

Esspreso could go with breakfas as well as reagular domestic coffee.
