La posizione, la stanza grande e comoda. Lo staff gentile e disponibile. La colazione abbondante non mancava nulla.

Everything was absolutely perfect, the location, the hotel and the staff especially takrik who was wonderful. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

12/10 - överträffade alla förväntningar. Ett litet mysigt hotell med värme, fina rum, bra frukost och kanske bästa läget i stan. Det gula huset bredvid Latin bridge.

The location is perfect: just in front of the Latin Bridge, and close to the main attractions. Also, the bed was comfortable.

It's difficult to find someone at the reception. When we arrived, before 14:00, there was no one there. I sent a message and the person asked us to leave our bags at reception and go for a walk in Old Town. Then we arrived at 15:30 and again there was no one there (check in time is from 14:00). We had to wait and did the check in. We went out and nobody was at the reception, and the same when we arrived at night. Next day we left early in the morning and, again, no one was at the reception. Furthermore, the shower water didn't get hot and despite the cold weather, we took an almost cold shower. Also, the drain was clogged, and a pool formed in the shower area.
