Grand Park Hotel

There are cockroaches everywhere in the bathroom. Even in the dining we found that cockroaches are working everywhere even on the utensils that are used to take food.  The bedroom is also  Very dirty.  There are marks on the sofas and also on the bed. The state it has the room has city ciew but it does not. It is dark during the day

Breakfast in room, ususally served by my favourite (very friendly) member of staff. Very comfortable clean bed and large space

Wifi wasn't working on first night but after that it was excellent. Air conditioning in room on first night was also leaking but moved rooms immediately. No hot water in that room but again fixed immediately

Very bad service. I was disappointed.

Room service not good. Receiptionist behaviour also not good.

Didn't like entire service because they took advance and confirmed it when I reached physically there they told no room is available even though never contacted me before and they said it's dealt by one of booking.com agent who did not contact me regarding this. So bad experience which I never expected from booking.com.

Breakfast was decent

TV didn't work properly, aerial cable had been bodged together. No hot water. Thin, old towels. Bathroom full of cockroaches.

Clean room, good amenities, great location for business trips.

No water hole in toilet floor. Reception asked for advance payment even after confirmation from booking.com. They asked for more money than booking.com receipt at check out. Wanted to force extra payment by "make the client waste waste time" technique.

The location of the hotel and the room size are the two most liked parts of my stay in the hotel. The room was really spacious, I would say very large. The location is great, in the city center. Varities of restaurants, shopping places, and ATMs are close by.

However, the front desk was not active and didn't pick up calls from the intercom so I had to go out of my room to ask for the support that I needed. Most disappointing was the breakfast (breakfast place and menu). It was only bread, butter jam, an egg fry or roti, bhaji (mixed vegetable), an egg fry, poor quality juice, and only one option.
