"Heel slecht en onhygiënisch"

Niets alles was heel slecht en zeer vuil

Alles was slecht, het ontvangst naar de kamer en in de kamer toe was heel slecht. De vrouw had de verkeerde sleutels bij en we gingen binnen in een kamer waar er al mensen binnen zaten. De man was heel boos op de vrouw, snapte niet hoe het kon dat de vrouw binnen kon omdat de sleutel op het slot zat en hij kreeg geen uitleg hoe of wat. Vrouw kon enkel frans en geen engels of andere talen en had haar eigen niet geëxcuseerd voor de situatie en de man gewoon genegeerd. Tegen haar eigen personeel deed ze ook niet vriendelijk, de andere vrouw van het hotel kwam helpen met de situatie maar werd gewoon aan de kant geduwd door de manager. Toen we in de kamer kwamen was de kamer heel vuil, vol met spinnenwebben en zeker 4 spinnen, 2 muggen. Op de gordijnen zaten bloed vlekken en andere vieze vlekken. Het zit stoeltje zat ook volledig vol met vlekken. Toen we eindelijk in ons bed willen liggen vlogen er 2 vliegen onder het laken uit. Totaal niet oke voor de prijs dat we ook hebben betaald. De handdoeken waren ook maar wat klein en weinig.

L'emplacement

Très déçue de la chambre , mauvaise odeur, tuyaux de la salle de bain cassés, lit très dur, pour déjeuner pas évidents à trouver( le lieux se trouve dans un autre hôtel). Et aussi l'accueil décevant. le petit déjeuner est très bien et le personnel aussi.

Belle chambre , literie ok , propre . Petit déjeuné excellent !

La salle de bain aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement, au niveau des joints silicones !
