Kullagårdens Wärdshus

We recently enjoyed a lovely weekend stay at Kullagården Wärdshus, and it turned out to be the perfect getaway. The hotel is charming and beautifully located, surrounded by nature and just a short walk from the stunning Ransvik Havsveranda. What made the stay even more memorable was the warm and service-minded staff, who made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. The atmosphere is relaxed, with a personal touch that gives the place its special character. We truly appreciated the combination of countryside comfort, nature, and hospitality – making Kullagården Wärdshus a place we would happily recommend and look forward to visiting again.

While we truly enjoyed our stay at Kullagården Wärdshus, there is one aspect where we felt there is room for improvement. Being in such a unique location – right in the heart of Kullen, surrounded by some of Sweden’s finest farmland and local producers – it feels like a natural opportunity to bring even more of the region into the dining experience. A stronger focus on local specialties and high-quality ingredients could significantly elevate the hotel's culinary offerings. A dinner menu with a clearer connection to local produce and a breakfast selection highlighting the best from nearby farms and producers would perfectly complement the charm and authenticity of the place. It would make staying at Kullagården Wärdshus feel even more rooted in the character and richness of this beautiful region.

beautiful hotel at golf club in mid of the green woods. great to enjoy nature and explore the peninsula. just across the street down the cliffs is a small stone beach for swimming in the sea. its just a short walk to the lighthouse.
