"可以說是非常糟糕的經驗，民宿端處理事情的態度很不好也很不會處理"

這次入住兩個晚上，住在4樓的房間，第二天早上出門後有特別告訴櫃檯我們的房間需要打掃，然而在當晚回到房間後發現房門是開著的（並非是敞開但也不是關上的狀態），進房後立刻查看是了有遺失物、針孔攝影機、奇怪的人躲在陽台等，也立刻透過line與民宿端聯絡，然而等待了十分鐘，只收到民宿端的抱歉以及會請房務人員多注意，就沒有後續了。隨後請民宿端確認是否有除了房務人員之外的人進出我們的房間（事後注意到走廊上並無監視器），對方表示今日這層樓只有我們這組客人（但是booking上卻顯示沒有空房）。民宿端在回覆訊息的速度非常慢且被動，大約在晚上12:30左右完成更換房間（我們自行到一樓拿取房卡），全程沒有見到民宿端出面處理。我們更換到3樓的房間，房間內的網路非常爛且沒有訊號，房內還有一股很臭的味道。 直到凌晨1:00多，民宿端告知我們可以延後退房到下午一點，這對於隔天要返程的我們來說沒有什麼用處（隔天是中午12點的車）。隔天早上11:00我們如期退房，原本打算至櫃檯親自歸還4樓房間的房卡並親自說明，但是櫃檯的門已經上鎖，我們將房卡放置在門縫中，並傳line告知民宿端，雖然民宿端並未已讀回覆，但卻在訊息發送的一分鐘後看到民宿櫃檯人員於旁邊棟走出來去拿房卡，最後在45分鐘後於line上回覆收到房卡且並承諾會給予下次入住的優惠，我請問誰還會來住？
