Aqua Viva Spa Hotel

Almost nothing, mostly disappointing

Where to begin with.. -when reservation was made I was asked to pay half of the amount in advance via bank account, which was uncomfortable and time consuming. If they want it in advance it could be just taken out from my card. -Hotel is supposed to be 4 stars but lack parking so we had to park on the street behind, which was also not nice. -Most disappointing was the breakfast. Again for 4* hotel the choice was super small and not even tasty. The scrambled eggs looked like vomit (I regret I forgot to take a picture, I’ve never seen such ones before). We didn’t even bother to go for breakfast for the rest of the stay. -Pillow was super high and uncomfortable, the shower was leaking from the connection part between the head and rubber, so not complete pressure. -We couldn’t get a massage as the massage therapist is working with other hotels and it is not present there all the time. 4* Spa hotel without own massage therapist… -Had to check out earlier (7:30am) and the person on reception was security guy, so he couldn’t issue an invoice for my stay - again annoying. it was not communicated beforehand and when checking-in they told me to get the invoice later. -Minibar was almost empty - coke, fanta, water. Not enough for 4* hotels. -In total really not worth value for money (250€/3 nights). The hotel is totally not for 4*, not sure how they managed to get those stars.

The room was spacious.

The breakfast was poor, with no local items, the spa was small and very overcrowded
