All the staff where amazing and patient i had so many questions and they answered all of them and they even helped us find a perfect ski rental, The room was clean and warm, hot water in the shower I highly recommend it

Staff are great. Location is great. Food is great. Room is big. View is beautiful. Parking is available at the basement. The hotel is way better than many 4 star hotels in Bulgaria.
