The only bright side was that I received my money back without argument before I left. The woman was actually quite nice.

Highly recommend to stay away from here. This seems to be an abandoned building more than anything else. I arrived, doors are locked. I call and they tell me someone will come in 5mins. The lady arrives and leads me to park my car in a fenced in backyard. It's full of trash but there are worse things, so far so good. She leads me in through the back entrance and we walk essentially through a building site. Trash and rubble everywhere. Arriving to my room. It smells and looks like no one has been in there in at least a month. Super stale air, bad smell, dirt everywhere. The bathroom is atrocious, the toilet is covered in pee and the drain is just pure crusty brown and yellow. No toilet paper anywhere. This is essentially just an abandoned building. I pretty much left immediately, luckily I spotted the lady outside and could get my money back. There is no staff in the "hotel". She immediately accepted my decision and gave me my money back. They definitely know that this is not ok. I wouldn't stay here if you paid me.
