The staff were very nice and ready to help for my comfortable stay.

L'hôtel dispose de pas mal d'équipements (piscine, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, salle de fitness) La bonne taille de l'appartement avec 2 chambres

L'hôtel mériterait quelques travaux de rénovation. Cela a dû être un bel établissement mais il est un peu défraichi. Sa localisation un peu en dehors du centre-ville Absence de réfrigérateur dans la chambre

Спа центърът е малък, но има всичко необходимо за презареждане. Персоналът е любезен. Хотелът е на тихо и спокойно място. Закуската е на добро ниво спрямо цената на нощувката.

Храната, която си поръчахме 2 пъти в ресторанта за вечеря беше ужасна.

Frühstück??? Kein Buffet, nur ein kleines Rührei mit 2 Scheiben Brot. Lächerlich!!!

RECOMMENDATION for the future customers of Iceberg Hotel: when you book rooms do print screens of the reservation from Booking.com page to avoid any strange situation at the hotel. The staff will accuse you, of course, for their or Booking mistakes.

When I chose the hotels in Bansko the criteria were: parking, air conditioner and breakfast, and the first option was Iceberg Hotel. I chose 3 rooms not the cheapest ones (as the manager of the hotel tried to tell me, after that), the payment was done in the moment of reservation, etc. Unfortunately and unexpected the rooms (3) did not have breakfast included, even if when I selected the room this option had been available. This was an inconvenient for me and for my family, and I recommend to Booking and to the hotel staff must fix it because it is misleading and it is not ok at all. Even if yearly we stopped in this hotel, due to this situation managed very bad by the hotel staff, we will avoid this hotel In the future.
