NLThis stay was meant as an en route stop, but we were surprised by the village of Ubelbach. It had a large playground for the kids and a small lake where they could even swim. Beautiful backdrop mountains. Friendly staff. The apartment (two rooms connected via a communal living) was OK.

Owner rejected us at 11pm due to we have babies. But I can see from her reaction that it’s because we are muslim and my wife has a scarf. She just saw us and turned back back without listening us. We felt very bad, first time drive through Austria, received such rude and inhuman welcome. My 3 years old twins are keep crying, we are middle of remote village surrounded by mountains. We got our lesson, never book a room in village from private host. They are not qualified to serve for international guest. Better stay in the city and in the hotel.
