Very good hotel if you stay In Borovets with the best location.Very helpful and kind staff,nice rooms and comfortable beds.The kids room was surprisingly big with so many toys,good playground near the pool too.

Very noisy at night from the street,so if you want good night sleep choose pool/garden view

Estupendo desayuno. Buenos servicios: spa, piscina interior y exterior…El hotel tiene un tamaño perfecto. Volvería!

The staff! Absolutely amazing service everywhere, especially the front office staff. They were so helpful, attentive and kind. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was good.

Street noise while sleeping with the doors open during the summer months as there is no AC.

Особено доволни останахме от топлото отношение на служителките на рецепция. Целият хотел,както стаите,така и общите помещени са реновирани и обзаведени с вкус. Закуската беше много богата. Разположението е отлично.

Единствена забележка имам към кухнята-някои ястия от менюто не отговарят на грамажа,който е заявен,както и на качеството,което се очаква за цената.По-конкретно-телешките стекчета и пилето Марсала.
