Aquamarine Hotel - All Inclusive

A személyzet iszonyatosan kedves, figyelmes. ❤️ Mérhetetlenül tiszta a hotel minden szeglete. Minden nap cserélték a szemetest, feltöltöttek mindent a szobában, napi szinten friss törölközőket kaptunk. Az étkezéseknél meg sem várták, hogy valami elfogyjon, még kb. félig voltak a tálak, de már töltötték fel őket. Finom, változatos ételek, széleskörű választék minden étkezésnél. Gyermekkel tökéletes választás! Egész nap különböző, napi szinten más tematikájú gyerekfoglalkozások, este pedig Kids Party :-) Az animátorok fantasztikusak voltak! ❤️

Mancarea buna, dar nediversificata. Locatia aranjata corespunzator. Existenta parcarii.

Lipsa muzicii. Plata pentru parcare. Distanta mare fata de plaja si ocolitoare din cauza faptului ca alte cladiri sunt construite, drept pentru care distanta fata de plaja s-a marit considerabil...

Zilnic s-a făcut curățenie și au fost schimbate prosoapele (cele de pe jos....cum se face). Personalul a fost foarte amabil, camera spațioasă și, nu în ultimul rând, mâncarea diversificată si suficientă pentru toate gusturile, dar și multe gustări la piscină, care erau în permanență completate.

Parcarea a fost cu plată...20 leva/zi si, din păcate, dacă plecai ziua cu mașina, nu aveai garanția că vei găsi locul de parcare liber, deși erau locuri suficiente. Distanța față de plajă era un pic cam mare, dar am găsit o plajă centrală la care se ajungea cam în 10-15 minute.

Piscina ok ,nivelul piscinei foarte bun si pentru copii. Camerele erau ok.

Mâncarea foarte slaba ,aceleași feluri ,câte un singur fel de carne ,un singur fel de supa sau ciorba ,fructe 2 sau 3 feluri . Vitrina rece foarte slaba ,2 feluri de salam sau șuncă si brânză si cam atâta. Lipsa vin la aparate . Vinul alb lipsa 2 zile ,nu s-au mai obosit sa mai bage. Nu recomand

The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, including the doorman and especially the reception team. Rossy, provided us with local information and recommendations. The two gentlemen one the receptionist and the other possibly the director or manager helped us with our luggage and even found us the perfect parking spot. They always greeted us with a smile, making sure the whole family felt comfortable. Every day, the kids enjoyed themed activities: creative workshops, face painting, evening mini disco, interactive games, and attentive supervision while we parents had time to relax, knowing they were safe and entertained. Location:Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, with a peaceful courtyard. Honestly, a short walk among the sand dunes was the perfect after a good meal. • Bus stops are close by. A ticket costs around 3 leva and can be bought directly on the bus. We visited Nessebar and the amusement park, no need to worry about driving or parking. The pool area was constantly cleaned. Finally, no towels left on sunbeds, well done! The water was very warm. Rooms were spotless, including the balcony. Bed linens were changed every two days, and towels were replaced whenever we left them aside in the room. For those who say towels aren’t changed, I think it’s normal they’re replaced only when needed, or maybe you didn’t separate them from the clean ones. The double bed was very comfortable.Food: Varied daily, and the trays were always refilled promptly. Fruits and ice cream were available freely. Breakfast included: eggs in various styles, ham, sausages, yogurt, dairy products, many types of cereal, vegetables, two soups daily, salads, pickles, fish, pork/chicken, meatballs, grilled vegetables, and cheeses. For those who say the food lacks flavor—seasonings are right next to the food, so you can adjust everything to your own taste.

What bothered us—but this is not the hotel fault, rather the tourists’: PLEASE DON’T WASTE FOOD. If you want more, just go and get it again. I guarantee you won’t miss out on anything you crave. You might have to wait 2 minutes—it’s understandable with so many guests—but they always restocked. Or we’d kindly ask, and they’d bring it. Recommendations: • Replace the extra sofa beds soon—they’re a bit uncomfortable • Improve the dessert selection—not bad, but could be tastier and more appealing • Some drinks from the dispenser were too diluted + offer better wine options • Over time, consider updating the furniture, repainting the walls, and refreshing the bathrooms for a more modern look. IT DIDN’T BOTHER US because everything was clean, but it’s a suggestion to make the place even more welcoming and modern😊 • Open the side stairs to the lower terrace during mealtimes • Extend the pool hours Overall, it was an ideal choice for our family, or anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place. We were so satisfied that we even extended our vacation by one more night.

Amabilitatea personalului si mâncarea destul de variată si gustoasa.

Trebuie făcut ceva cu parcarea, având in vedere ca hotelul are parcare privată, cred ca se poate ca oaspeții sa nu fie taxați. Un pic mai multă atenție la curățenia din camere. În unele camere sunt furnici, inclusiv in pat. Șampon si săpun la toaletele din camera, insuficiente. CAFEAUA de la bar, sala de mese, si de la pool bar, de fapt nu este cafea, este cafea solubila, ceea ce este un mare minus pentru băutorii de cafea. Cu un minim efort se poate rezolva aceasta problema, din punctul meu de vedere. A trebuit in fiecare zi sa cumpăr cafea de la tonomatele din hotel. Atmosfera de la piscină poate fi mai animată. Foarte puțină muzică, si aproape numai bulgărească, in condițiile in care sunt,majoritatea, turiști străini. Nu am înțeles, si nici nu am văzut pana acum, culoarea verde a piscinei. Nu știu dacă este netratată sau culoarea este data de mozaicul piscinei.
