Great location. The staff was very friendly. The food was tasty. The pools and djakuzzi are available 24/7 to use which is great and they have natural hot water.

The djakuzzi and hot pools could be cleaner, there were leaves and dead bugs inside. The main pool was in construction but we were told about that in advance so it wasn't a problem.

Delicious food and kitchen and restaurant staff! Clean pool with perfect and hot mineral water.

No heating maintenance, resulting in overheating and no sleep. Huge bed in a small room

Хотелът е много красив, басейните са топли и приятни, а храната беше изключително вкусна.

В стаята имаше доста прах, а възглавниците са прекалено големи и неудобни. Разбирам мерките за сигурност, но заключването на всички входове вечер (и отключването им сутрин) създава неприятно усещане за ограничение.
