Tek olumlu tarafı otoparkının olması.

Odalar pis. Her yer kirli duvarlar bile. Klima çok eski ve kapanmıyordu. Asansör korkutucuydu. Kahvaltı ise yetersizdi. Bulgaristan’daki en kötü hotel olabilir.

I stayed at this hotel before, and it is just as I remember it. Staff was great on the room adjustment, location is great, the hotel restaurant, bar, and lounge are a very nice touch.

Everything was pretty Kosher.

La gentillesse du personnel et la serviabilité .

Un peu loin du centre ,le petit déjeuner basique et pas copieux ( pas de fruits pas de céréales pas de laitages) Une climatisation bruyante et défaillante(+ de 40 degrés dehors)on a demandé à changer de chambre tellement il y faisait chaud ! Heureusement la jeune fille à la réception a été réactive et très gentille elle nous en a trouvé une autre plus spacieuse avec une climatisation qui marchait un peu mieux .
